Q: How do I get a login and password for the Trustee Web Service?

A:
Select the "Access" menu item on the navigation bar along the top and select the Trustee's office to which you wish to apply. You will have to fill out a form and someone will contact you via e-mail when your account is activated.

Q: Everytime I try to login I get an error telling me authorization failed?

A:
Make sure you are typing in your correct login and password. Remember that your password is case sensitive; make sure your caps lock isn't on. If this doesn't work, e-mail the Trustee's office.

Q: My password doesn't work. What should I do?

A:
You cannot enter until you have received your confirmation e-mail. Be sure that you are typing the correct password and remember that passwords are case sensitive. There can't be any spaces or special characters in either the username or password. You must fill out an application for EACH trustee that you would like access to. If you have followed all these suggestions and are still having problems then e-mail the individual Trustee's office to which you are applying.

Q: How come I do not get a login prompt when I try to access the case reports?

A:
This usually means your browser is not supporting some of the features on this web site. Download the newest version of netscape.

Q: Why was I denied access to a Trustee caseload?

A:
You must be a party of interest, either representing the debtor or the creditor.
